Terms and Conditions for PPC Geek's Agency Prices Offer
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the PPC Agency Prices offer ("Offer") provided by PPC Geeks ("We," "Us," or "Our") as outlined on our website (https://ppcgeeks.co.uk/ppc-agency-prices/). By participating in this Offer, you ("You" or "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before proceeding with the Offer.
1. Eligibility:
1.1 This Offer is available to businesses and individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2 This Offer is applicable only to new clients of PPC Geeks who have not previously engaged our services
2. Offer Details:
2.1 The Offer provides discounted pricing for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) agency services as described on the Offer webpage.
2.2 The pricing and specific services included in the Offer are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance of any changes.
2.3 The Offer is valid for a limited time, as specified on the Offer webpage, and may be terminated or modified by us without prior notice.
2.4 The offer is only open for accounts spending £3k or above per month
2.5 To be eligible for the offer you must quote #PPCJUNE in your correspondents with us
2.6 This offer is only eligible for the first 3 new clients we sign up in June
2.7 This offer is only valid for audits we provide in June 2023
3. Service Engagement:
3.1 To avail of the Offer, you must submit a request for PPC services through the designated contact form on our website or by contacting our sales team directly quoting #PPCJUNE.
3.2 We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request at our sole discretion.
3.3 Upon acceptance of your service request, we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the services to be provided, including pricing specific to your requirements.
3.4 The engagement of our services is subject to the execution of a separate agreement, which will govern the rights and obligations of both parties.
4. Pricing and Payment:
4.1 The discounted pricing for the Offer will be clearly communicated to you in the proposal provided by us.
4.2 All pricing is exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be charged in addition to the quoted prices.
4.3 Payment terms will be outlined in the separate agreement executed between both parties.
4.4 We reserve the right to modify pricing for ongoing services beyond the initial engagement period, subject to providing you with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property:
5.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, relating to the services provided under this Offer shall remain the property of PPC Geeks.
5.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials or intellectual property provided by us without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPC Geeks shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer or the services provided.
6.2 In no event shall our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, or otherwise, exceed the total amount paid by you for the services rendered under this Offer.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1 These Terms and the service engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
