PPC Geeks has renewed its Good Business Charter accreditation for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrating our continued commitment to responsible, ethical and sustainable business practices.
The Good Business Charter provides independent recognition for UK organisations that are committed to treating their employees, customers, suppliers and wider communities fairly. At a time when responsible business practices are becoming increasingly important, the accreditation helps people identify organisations that are genuinely working to make a positive difference.
Founded by retail entrepreneur Julian Richer and developed with input from organisations including the Confederation of British Industry, the Trades Union Congress and the Federation of Small Businesses, the Good Business Charter establishes a clear benchmark for responsible business in the UK.
To receive accreditation, organisations must demonstrate that they meet the Charter’s standards across ten key areas:
- Paying the real living wage
- Providing fairer hours and contracts
- Supporting employee wellbeing
- Encouraging employee representation
- Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
- Taking environmental responsibility
- Paying fair tax
- Maintaining a strong commitment to customers
- Following ethical sourcing practices
- Paying suppliers promptly
Four Years of Responsible Business
Achieving Good Business Charter accreditation for a fourth consecutive year reflects our belief that running a successful business should involve more than delivering strong results for clients.
It also means creating a supportive and inclusive workplace for our team, treating customers and suppliers fairly, reducing our environmental impact and maintaining high ethical standards throughout the business.
Chris Stott, Managing Director of PPC Geeks, said:
“We are incredibly proud to have achieved Good Business Charter accreditation for the fourth consecutive year. This continued recognition reflects the values that guide how we operate as a business, from supporting our team and building lasting client relationships to treating our suppliers fairly and reducing our environmental impact.
“Responsible business practices are not something we view as a one-off achievement. They are an ongoing commitment, and we will continue looking for ways to improve the experience we provide for our employees, clients, partners and wider community.”
Our Commitment to Doing Business the Right Way
Since PPC Geeks was founded in 2017, we have worked to build an agency that delivers excellent PPC management while creating a positive environment for the people behind that work.
Our team remains central to everything we do. We are committed to employee wellbeing, professional development, inclusion and providing fair working conditions. These principles help us maintain a happy, motivated team that can build stronger and more productive relationships with our clients.
Our accreditation also complements our wider environmental commitments, including our ongoing work with Ecologi to support responsible climate action.
Renewing our Good Business Charter accreditation for a fourth year gives our employees, clients and partners confidence that the values we communicate are reflected in the way PPC Geeks operates every day.
We are delighted to remain part of a growing national movement of organisations that are working to raise the standards of responsible business across the UK.

About the Good Business Charter
The Good Business Charter was developed and is overseen by the Good Business Foundation, an independent charity established in 2019 by entrepreneur Julian Richer.
The Charter is an accreditation available to UK organisations that can demonstrate responsible business practices.
It measures organisations across ten components: the real living wage; fairer hours and contracts; employee wellbeing; employee representation; equality, diversity and inclusion; environmental responsibility; paying fair tax; commitment to customers; ethical sourcing; and prompt payment.
Organisations must meet all ten components to receive accreditation, with nine components applying to charities and public-sector organisations.
The Good Business Charter is open to private-sector organisations, public-sector bodies and charities of all sizes. A streamlined accreditation process is available for organisations with 50 employees or fewer.
